Gibson Advanced Jumbo Reissue Acoustic This was made when only 100 per year were being made, and this example was picked out by Phil - he went through dozens of examples, this one has "the top" - most are wide-grained, this has a very tight-grained top, perfectly quarter-sawn, with lots of "silk". Has more clarity than most of the "boomy" examples - big and fat but crystal clear and balanced. A wonderful example, has Waverly butterbean tuners, beautifully grained rosewood back and sides, 1-3/4" at the nut. This is as good as it gets. Sell with original hardshell case for... Hawaiian Acoustic Lap Guitar From the Kokomo Collection, a realy pretty guitar, has classic Hawaiian scenes on the top + sides, all solid mahogany body, ivaroid binding top + back with mulit-colored wood purfling around the top and soundhole. It's in real nice solid all-original condition - been set up with high nut for Hawaiian slide for decades (the ebony nut looks old), neck angle is kicked up and needs a reset if you want to play as a regular guitar, would be easy to do. Has remnants of fancy label left - looks like it was a Regal or Washburn label. Very pretty guitar and a classic example of the "Hawaiian music years"... Sell with case for...

Taylor 310CE 25th Anniversary Model....they made very few of these with solid Mahogany top...and it has a wonderful sound...fat, growly, clear...the Fishman P/U sounds better than those new fangled P/U's they are using...Says "25th Ann. model" on the headstock..and that makes this a safe investment...only happens ONCE...ex. cond., w/ orig. H/C | ![]() |

Taylor 714....early issue guitar, with a nice "Bigger" C shaped neck, very rare for a Taylor...Feels GREAT...beautiful Quarter sawn Rosewood back and sides, this guitar got played a LOT...and sounds amazing...opened up Bigtime..has a huge fat, but clear balanced sound..has the usual player's wear, from being used so much..but was taken care of, and is in great shape...some finish on the back of the neck is worn down to the wood ( I personally love that feel..like an old guitar )...neck angle is good..action good..frets have some wear, but have plenty of life left in them...a SUPERB example of this guitar..and probably the best example I have heard yet, w/ orig. H/C ... View front close-up neck wear back back close-up |
